Standard entries close: December 21, 2024
Late entries close: January 15, 2025
Entry on the day will be available for M/W10 (kids) course, but not available for any other classes.

ENTRY FEES

All event fees are in NZ dollars and include GST.
Entry fees listed above are for any orienteering club member. Overseas orienteering club members also qualify at member rate.
Non-Club Member levy's are payable by anyone who is not an orienteering club member.

* Note - Family is maximum of 2 Seniors and any number of Juniors normally resident at the same address.

Map Board Hire
Rotatable map boards are highly recommended for MTBO. PAPO has a number of map boards available for hire for $5 per race ($20 for the weekend). This is being handled outside the entry system fill out this form, to hire a map board.

Payments
Payment is by bank transfer, please follow the instructions in the entry system.

CHANGE REQUESTS

Start time requests

Fill out this form, for start time requests due to parenting arrangements, travel etc.
All requests should be entered by January 15.
Once start list have been published, no changes are possible.

Change of entry details (grade, SI number), race withdrawal

Fill out this form, for changes to grade, SI number or race withdrawal.
The change form will close on January 15th.

Refund Policy

Refund of 90% of fees paid for withdrawals prior to standard entry fee close date, 21 December.
Refund of 75% of fees paid for withdrawals after standard entry fee date and before late entry close date, 15 January.
No refund after Late entry close date.
To notify withdrawal from a race, fill out this form.
Refunds will be processed after the event.
