Overall Event Controller for the NZ MTBO Champs 2016, Pete Swanson, is buzzing about the great mountain biking at Cougar Park, Tokoroa, which is the venue for the Long distance championship event. He believes Cougar Park is going to be one of "New Zealand's favourite mountain bike orienteering maps". To get a taster for the area check out this video. We are extremely grateful to the Tokoroa MTB Club and Hancocks Forest Management for letting us use this area for the event.
